What a weird day…

So I decided to drive to school today, since I once again missed the bus. Luckily, I’ve found a few places to park for free but they’re a good sized walk to the campus, but its free! Besides that, not much going on as of late, I just got back. I was in my car listening to Screwdriver by the White Stripes, and I come home and hit play on my computer and sure enough, the same song is playing. Anyways, besides that, a long walk, lots of walking, more walking, more walking… In chemistry, some kid started flipping out, and was acting crazy, literally. He took off his shoes and socks, hat, and was wearing a box on his head. Something must have clicked and the campus police were called in to cart the man away. Everyone in class thought this was funny, I thought it was sad, poor fella. Additionally I come home and see that the hallways are ripped to shit, apparently they’re putting in new carpeting which I wasn’t aware of. For lunch I had chicken teriyaki again at Shogun Sushi and Teriyaki. Its 4.79 for a teriyaki chicken bowl and a coke, which is pretty damn good, and the rice is filling. I have yet, however, to master the art of breaking chopsticks. Oh well, there’s about 3 more years of college left. Woo-hoo!

Beck concert and such.

Well, right now I’m sitting at UCSD in a restaurant of some sort, enjoying a delicious bottle of water typing. I’ve found something interesting, there will be a Beck concert at the UCSD campus on Thursday, October 27, 2005 if anyone is interested in attending. Its $35 for tickets, which isn’t all that bad, and it appears that its open seating, so a ticket is good for anywhere. I oddly have class that day, but am willing to go if anyone else is… You can crash at my place for the night if desired. Let me know..

I didn’t specify a year for the wedding, it would be 2006 is what we’re looking at, oddly, I haven’t proposed yet (we just started dating a few weeks ago, but we’ve been friends since december of last year), so I’m waiting until next year to pop the question.

Air conditioning is nice.

Updates!

this post will not contain uppercase letters because the right shift key on my keyboard takes me back a page, so i don’t want to lose what i’m writing. so, i have a girlfriend now, its carmen, someone i’ve been hoping for, for quite some time. i didn’t post earlier because it seemed too good to be real, but it is! so its wonderful, we get along great and if everything goes well, i plan to be married by october 31 (we actually both want that, so its good =]). well i’m back in san diego/pacific beach, i got back today at 1 am, to see a car on the side of the road with some girl puking out the side, it is a party town… besides that, i’m driving my car again, some electrical problems, no battery, no lights in the dash, that sort of thing, but i’m glad to have her back with me in good shape. i missed the bus today, decided to try and park for free, couldn’t find a spot, didn’t have $6 so i ended up not going to physics. i then ran some errands (ran them over with my car!) and that sort of thing, went to school, missed the bus again! but then found a parking spot for free. i think if i get there at 10:15ish i should be able to find a free spot, but only on friday’s, otherwise i’ll just pay $6 since i will be having quizzes in the mornings starting this week. oh well, enough about school, how are you all (all 3 of you who read this)?

programming in java is lame =( no + – * / % overrides! no advanced memory tweaks! it sucks.

Ph. D

So, I’ve been riding the bus, making pretty much all the times I need to be there. However, I have been getting pretty lonely riding it, not much to do but read or stare off at the ocean as it passes by. But I have been seeing a lot of interesting people while riding the thing. From little 10 year olds talking about myspace, to a man working on his Ph. D with a theory on how to cure Sickle Cell, to some tourists from Spain, and on and on. So it hasn’t been too bad, plus its free. Oh well, enough about the silly bus. Well I did take a late bus tonight, and had to walk from the beach to my apartment in the dark. Oh well, I spent a large portion of today trying to find this damn room, and I finally found it and went to the first discussion class I’ve ever been to. It was actually rather cool, I got all the answers to the questions I had on the assignment.

Boring, someone was smoking weed while walking down the street today, some really strong smelling stuff too.

What else to write about? Not much really, psx-dude.net is back, it was taken for a few days by someone and finally registerfly fixed the problem, bastards.
