Titles are hard to make up.

So I haven’t had time to update this thing in quite some time. Taking 18 units at UCSD that are all upper division in-depth classes isn’t all too easy. Lesser men have tried and probably lost a lot of hair trying to take these classes all at once, but somehow I have managed thus far. I haven’t been getting behind on things and have been trying my best to get my todo list do’ed (or done, if proper English were required on the internets). Motivation is a factor for much of the periphory, all that crap I want to do, but isn’t required, but it still gets done with the proper motivation. It usually comes in a wave of euphoria after finishing a big project or assignment of a class, I CAN DO ANYTHING! Is what I normally think. I still need to get a motorcycle and I’ve settled on a Bandit 600, now if only one was for sale I’d definitely buy it. That is all for now, more later.

A lot of comments about that Touchtone Harrogate mess, luckily I got my money back from Paypal in a reasonable amount of time. I might one day look into things more and do more research (list of things to do!) and probably try to get something done, I hate people who swindle money from others, its wrong and unjust and those people should buy me lunch for all the mean things they do. Wow, its late, much done today, much to do tomorrow.

Does it ever end?

I need to update this software, damn’t, its here as a reminder.

we just got hit with the same co.Luckily my wife checks our balances regularly online and they havent cleared as of yet !!!! will be calling the bank asap tomorrow to stop all transactions from these people. From what I can see they are hackers of some sort that gain access to your cc info. They start with a small amount to see if it clears then go for larger amounts.

I got done as well. They took £100 from my bank. I also had another payment of £100 on the same day to a company in Stoke on Trent, which i did not make. Apparantly someone had rang up and used my card number to pay for shopfitting services. The company has details for the person who made the payment but cannot contact him!!

Why cant these people just earn their own f*****g money!

Lots of questions here. NO answers.
So nobody knows who or what Touchtone Harrogate is. Only that it takes money fraudulently from peoples credit and debit cards?

I have just managed to stop a small amount of money being taken from my credit card account by these people. What surprises me is that Barclaycard did not seem to be aware of the activities of Touchtone Harrogate

  2. Yesterday got a message from my bank. Touchstone tried to charge 32$ on my cc and my bank got wise. By the wa ZA is a code for South Africa not Zimbabwe

Touchtone Harrogate is the authorisation service used by thousands of shops/businesses. They would only use the touchtone system if their electronic credit card machine could not connect so they phone up to get a ‘manual’ authorisation. The Credit/Debit card goes through a ‘dummy’ credit card machine, which shows up as Touchtone Harrogate. Once the transaction actually processes (usually a day or so later) it should show on your statement as the business where you actually used your card. Hope this helps.

Touchtone Harrogate is the authorisation service used by small businesses, i made a payment to a company which was declined by my credit card company, they phoned me up to check i had made a purchase and they told me that touchtone harrogate was nothing to worry about as long as i made a payment for that amount on that day as small businesses use this Touchtone Harrogate authorisation service over the phone. so as long as ur cc company phone you up to confirm you should be ok, if not it leaves the door open for any company/person who gets ur cc info to use this Touchtone Harrogate to make payments i would say.

A payment of £30 was made to Touchtone yesterday on my credit card. I have only ever used it for a balance transfer so it has never been out of the house. It could only have happened through my computer via Virgin internet banking or my bank.
