Quick, Slow?

My co-worker told me that my sites are running a bit slow, they seem to respond quickly to me. Very rarely do I experience a slow page load. but it happens. Is it often enough to be a bother for everyone? That remains to be seen. As I do more and more complex things with my VPS, it'll get slower. I think its time to get a dedicated box somewhere. To be continued.

I find it odd that they make you enter your zip code when you get gas. If someone steals your wallet, they have your zip code on your driver's license. WTF?! 

Anime site = up

I threw my anime site up tonight, its almost 100% working, some little things are boken, but its basically up up up! I've imported and removed about 2000 SPAM COMMENTS already. hopefully I can cut that down to zero new ones with the captchas on the page now. Still need to:

• Add ability to comment on News Articles, User Images, Reviews.
• More stuff in news, ability for news posters to upload images, thumbnails, and provide a way to syndicate and submit news.
• Delete more spam comments (I'm sure there are a few more ones).
• Add more anime (HELP ME!)
• Link to it from Secondangle.com and from psx-dude.net (the old anime review site, IE SPAM HAVEN).
• Watch and review new anime!
• Add ability to add links, update ratings, some AJAX stuff maybe.

Sounds easy, right?

 Taking a few fun classes this quarter, one I'm a bit confused about (ECE 111, why did I take thee?) but the rest do seem to be interesting. I get to work with OpenGL and a GUI toolkit! (QT though).

New toy.

I bought this 2006 SV650 on Friday, after an interesting ride home its officially mine. It only cost my $5600 out the door, tax title, license, with only 1,860 miles on the engine. Its a quick son of a gun that is quite peppy. I still need to get insurance on it, but besides that, its so fun to ride. More on that later.
