I just bought 2 tickets to the previously sold out concert for the White Stripes down here in San Diego. they moved their venue to a much larger one (not really a good thing) so I decided to buy some tickets. The one up in LA is sold out as well, I really don't like that they're playing such large venues. They need to go do 3 or 4 shows at the Greek Theatre in LA again. I should be able to get there at a reasonable time, since I don't have school that late. So I might end up in the front row which would kick ass. General Admission has its perks.

On top of that, Newegg is having another LanFest, this time out in Ontario (further than Pasadena for me). I was really disappointed that they didn't have one for 2006 but I'm not complaining. Hopefully this year it doesn't suck and we all play a ton of QUAKE 3 again. It takes place Oct 5-7th, details: here.

 In other news: iD Software has a position I'd love to have as a Web Developer. It sucks that I don't have my degree, which would provide me the freedom to move, and I don't live in Texas to fill the position. Oh well, hopefully they'll have some more openings next year.
