Around the bend
I'm up a bit later than I should be, making a post I probably shouldn't be making so I'll try to be brief. I'm in the market for purchasing a home and I don't want to settle for something small while I wait for something bigger somewhere down the line. I make a decent amount of money that would be sufficient for purchasing a nice home anywhere but California, but I live in the sunny state. So, I'm trying to get into this market that came down, it sounds like a perfect opportunity. But the problem is home sellers that don't really want to admit the value of their home has depreciated considerably in the past few months. Its a big problem with a rapid amount of inflation occuring, and salaries not keeping up. But there is hope, there are foreclosed homes that could be purchases. I've found a site that has a whole bunch of them, that I am withholding the address. In any event they require logins to find out more information, like street addresses, etc. But there is a way around this. But looking at the listing detail, you can click 'Agent Info', then on the next page check the box for buying and click 'Next'. From here you will get some Agent Info, another form. But scroll down and you'll see the address! Simple as that. Hopefully this will lead to something really good. I need a garage to keep my motorcycle and a home to keep my wife and child. Here's to hoping!
Goodnight!
