Home hunting
I'm probably an idiot. I had a good offer in on a house and then pulled out before I entered escrow for a stupid reason. The builder of the homes in the area back in 1960 left rebar out of the slabs, I pulled out for just that reason. There was no signs or indications inside the home that the slab had trouble and it was on 1/3rd an acre! Thats why I'm hitting myself over the head, as it didn't have indications of a problem and I had thoughts of fixing that somewhere down the line. And now its off the market, but hopefully it'll come back on the market, and the Realtor and bank will deal with me again. I haven't been able to find anything of interest outside of that home, except homes in the Valley that have many bedrooms, but have about 3 families living in each one of them. I'm going to have to wait for more foreclosures (which will be a ways away!). But hopefully something will prop up.
